The start point for dialogue and  knowing developoment work needs to happen. The catalogue of tests available will grow over time. The Curiosity Mode and Measure Instrument

The tool will allow you to look at levels of different modes of curiosity active in your organisation or teams, and to develop parctice training or coaching plans that fill gaps or develop skills. What's the curiosity profile for your team?
